This Conference is highly subsidized. The Conference Registration fee covers :

Scholarship Opportunity

Please be aware that we have a limited amount of scholarships.

This Conference is the first one of its kind in Africa. Only a positive use of the funds will secure funding for further initiatives.

Our scholarship is open to medical students and individuals living with vitiligo, and it is only on Registration fees. Please only apply for the scholarship, if it is absolutely necessary for you in order to be able to participate. Have you also checked other ways of funding?

Note: deadline for scholarship application is 18th August, 2012.

• N20, 000/$130 x 3

**Please note Student/ Members of Vitiligo Support Groups across Africa: The applicant’s registration form must be accompanied by written proof of status; otherwise low fees orscholarshipwill not be validated.

N.B.: When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early registration deadline, late fees will be applicable even when the registration forms are received before the deadline.

Please be informed that there is no scholarship for the Purple Ball, decide to attend and pay your N5,000/$32 alongside your registration fee or pay at the conference, but it is subject to availability of Space

Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the conference organizers (vitsupng@gmail.com, vitsaf@vitsaf.org) according to the following policy:

• In case of cancellation of participation before 18 September 2012 registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of N3, 500/$22 per person. After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
• Name changes will be charged with N2, 000 per registration.
• All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted.
